Our Mindset is the key jigsaw piece in our Framework for Growth.

When in Growth we choose to act with compassion towards ourselves – see mistakes as learning – and extend that compassion towards others. We are more inclusive and listen with fascination and curiosity to understand where people are really coming from. We experience emotion mindfully. We can feel angry but when in Growth we use that anger as a signal to ourselves and others that things need to change.

 

We have the courage to be vulnerable and share how we are really feeling.

This, in turn, encourages others to be more open and allows us to truly empathise with the concerns and fears of others. We nurture our own self compassion and wellbeing so that we have the energy to support others from a position of strength. We look for and deliver solutions that cut through blame and feelings of disempowerment. We choose to be assertive rather than hide the elephant in the room.
